Biography
Sara Anastasovska is born in Skopje, Macedonia. She studied at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Skopje where she graduated in the Acting Department. Currently she is a collaborator at the academy ,,Djolev and the Arts”, performing plays and teaching drama lessons to children. She also works on alternative theatre performances and indie movies.
Her first major role is in Borjan Zafirovski’s feature film ‘’The Happiness Effect’’ portraying the role of Gala. In 2019 she also took part in the second season of “Family Markovski “, playing the highschooler Tina. She is also part of the film “Snow White Dies at the End”, directed by Kristijan Ristevski, currently in production.
Sara appears in the three seasons of the established Macedonian sitcom ‘Prespav’, playing Makedonka, a reappearing guest role. From 2016 to 2018 she also played the character of Sara in the children’s television series ‘Five + Family’.
She has appeared in several commercials both in Macedonia and regionally and stars in several music videos.
